What You Need To Know To Make A Change

We all struggle with setting balance between work and life.  It's not always easy in the office when you are working with different personalities, new regulations, profitability, and yet still enjoy what you are doing.  My mission is to help doctors find, not only the balance they need, but also the peace of mind that their practice is performing to the best of their abilities. 

Not everyone is as excited about change as I am.  I feel that if you are not changing then your not growing, but not everyone feels the same way that I do.  This is why I like to set up a free evaluation with each practice before I work with them.  I want to make sure that we are a good fit and that I understand your struggles and you are excited to try something different.

I started in the dental field over 25 years ago with an oral surgery practice. I have managed practice financials for both large and small practices.  I work with teams on communication and trust to help them become successful in their careers.  I believe that when you have a successful team you will have a successful practice.
